This notice explains how Wild Accelerator, a nonprofit organization (“Wild”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information on the Wild Learning website at learning.wildaccelerator.org. Wild Accelerator is the controller of that information.

You can reach us about anything in this notice at it@wildaccelerator.org.

We collect only what this website needs:

• What you send us. When you fill in the start-free, demo or partner form, we receive your name, email address, organization, which option describes you, your message if you write one, your language, and the page you sent the form from.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to serve the website and protect it from abuse.
• Two preference cookies. We store your chosen language and color theme so the site remembers them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To reply to you.
• To set up your academy, if you ask us to.
• To understand demand for Wild Learning, for example which kinds of organizations get in touch.

We process the details you send us because you asked us to act on your request, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.

Our hosting and database providers process this information on our behalf and only on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep the details you send through the forms for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

You can ask to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to us at it@wildaccelerator.org and we will respond.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
